Data controller

Zelos operates as the data controller for all personal data processed through the service. Contact: privacy@zelos-coach.com. We are registered in Switzerland and comply with both GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

Lawful basis for processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases: (1) Contractual necessity — to deliver the training protocol you signed up for. (2) Legitimate interests — to improve coaching quality and prevent abuse. (3) Consent — for optional marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to: access your data (Article 15), correct inaccurate data (Article 16), request erasure (Article 17), restrict processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and object to processing (Article 21). To exercise any right, contact privacy@zelos-coach.com. We respond within 30 calendar days.

Data transfers

Your data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure (Supabase EU region). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA — for example, to WhatsApp (Meta) for message delivery — we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Data minimisation

We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service. We do not profile users for advertising, sell data to third parties, or process special categories of data (health, biometric, genetic) unless explicitly provided by you in a session report.

Retention and deletion

Active accounts: data retained for the subscription period. Cancelled accounts: Zelos Stack available for export for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time; deletion completes within 30 days.

Supervisory authority

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — edoeb.admin.ch.
