Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Zelos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Description of service
Zelos is an AI-powered training structure and education tool delivered via WhatsApp. It provides protocol recommendations for endurance athletes. Zelos is not a medical, clinical, or diagnostic service.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid WhatsApp number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and payment
Paid tiers (Operator, Elite) are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in CHF. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP in WhatsApp. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days written notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zelos to transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the coaching intelligence, circumvent access controls, or use the service in any manner that disrupts its integrity.
6. Training content and disclaimers
All training content provided by Zelos is for informational and educational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme. See the Training Disclaimer for full details.
7. Data ownership and export
You own your training data. You may export your Zelos Stack (session history, metrics) as CSV or JSON at any time via the dashboard. On cancellation, your data remains exportable for 90 days.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including physical injury resulting from training protocols.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via WhatsApp at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
